Top 3 Sub-Genres Chosen by Me

1. Women's Fashion
2. Men's Fashion
3. Beauty

Reasons Why

1. Women's Fashion –– Women's fashion is a good tool for self-expression in women. It revolves around all outfits that are usually for women such as dresses, skirts, etc. Fashion for women can be seen as statements of individuality and empowerment.

The conventions of women’s fashion magazines include, but is not limited to: large masthead, multiple cover lines, cover image of a celebrity (as pictured below), puffs/lines, random number, feature article, and bright colors.

2. Men's Fashion –– Men's fashion is a good tool for self-expression in men. It revolves around all outfits that are usually for men such as suits, pants, etc. Fashion for men mainly demonstrates masculinity and grooming.
